I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a beautiful hill station. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. Despite being located in a busy area with other hotels around, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed the nice view from my room and the peaceful bathrooms. Additionally, the rate included breakfast, which was a delicious and satisfying start to my days.

Everything was absolutely fine and met my expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and friendly, and they made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy, with a large and comfortable bed. The hot showers were powerful and provided a refreshing experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and the city center. The security measures, including CCTV surveillance, provided a sense of safety. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the 10% discount offered on the meals. this hotel provided a great experience.

Nothing could have been better.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main attractions. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and provided excellent hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. a wonderful experience and excellent value for money.

The noise from the main road was a bit bothersome at times. the room could have been equipped with kettles and hair dryers.

The hotel had nice decorations for the xmas season and there were free cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby. The location was good with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful and made for great photos.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was cramped. The bathroom was not clean and smelled bad.

Great Hotel for Business Trips If you're going to this area on a business trip, this hotel is a great choice. the rooms are really comfortable and clean, and the staff is super nice and helpful. the location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and transportation options. Plus, the Wi-Fi is strong, making it easy to get your work done. And the breakfast spread? Delicious!

Limited Food Options the hotel has a restaurant, but the selection is limited and can get repetitive if you're there for several days. There aren't many food options near the hotel either, so you might find yourself eating the same things over and over again.

Quiet room, well-lit with good bathroom lighting. Enjoyed a nice hot shower. Cleanliness was top-notch. Great location with helpful and friendly staff.

We had a great time staying at a hotel in a bustling area with plenty of other hotels around. the location was perfect, right in the main market area, making it convenient for us to explore the city. the restaurant served delicious North Indian delicacies, which we thoroughly enjoyed. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good linens and a queen-size bed.

We did experience some issues with the room service due to the holiday season.

I had a great business trip to this hotel in Munnar. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the market. It was very convenient for me to reach the bus stand and other hotels. The room I stayed in was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was tasty and there were options for both North Indian and South Indian food. it was a comfortable stay with easy access to nearby tourist spots in Kerala.

The wifi network in the hotel rooms was poor.
